For dinner style seating we can accommodate up to 250 guests. Cocktail style events with hightop tables and mingling guests can host up to 450.

Of course! We are a pet friendly facility. All pet involvement in events must be pre-approved by management for everyone’s safety. All dogs must have a full-time, dedicated handler beyond the wedding couple.

Yes. We have a handicap lift that is reserved for such use only. You can call Terry (651-261-6662) or Kristin (612-308-8801) for access.

Parking is available in the lot on the south side of the building, the lot across the street on the north side of the building (Abbott Paint) and all city street parking. All parking is free. Please respect parking spaces with signage for specific businesses. Vehicles may be left overnight in designated parking spaces. All vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 10:00 am the following morning.

For wedding receptions only, the rental time is 10 consecutive hours. When also hosting your ceremony on-site, your rental time is 12 consecutive hours. For non-wedding events, hourly rates will apply with a minimum number of hours required per rental.

Yes! We have some decor in house such as lanterns and an arbor. We have recommended vendors with whom we can connect you for your decor needs beyond what we can provide ourselves.

All events require security. The cost is $550 plus tax. Additional hours may be required. All events must adhere to the policies and are subject to the discretion of Kellerman’s Event Center.
A usage fee will be included on all vendor invoices for food, non-alcoholic beverages, linens, china, drapes, chair covers, and other incidentals. This amount is 15% and will be paid directly to Kellerman’s by the chosen vendors.
If it becomes necessary to supervise any children during the event, Kellerman’s will charge for this service, which will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
If the wedding ceremony will be held at Kellerman’s, a ceremony fee is required. Includes 1-hour rehearsal on designated day.
An in-house event coordinator is required for all wedding ceremonies and/or receptions held at Kellerman’s Event Center. The fee is $150/hour. This fee is paid separately to the assigned event coordinator.

Nope! In addition to weddings we have done celebrations of life, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, quinceañeras, bar/bat mitzvahs, fundraisers, concerts, shows, and more.

We require the use of one of our caterers to provide all food for guests. Our in-house bar service will handle all of the beverages (caterer will provide coffee). Dessert must be ordered through a licensed bakery. No beverages containing alcohol of any kind may be brought in to the event center. Due to City of White Bear Lake code, Food Trucks are not permitted.
